What is THA?
Our Mission
THA is a non-profit advocacy coalition of real estate professional volunteers, tax lien specialists, community advocates and supporting legal counsel. We provide guidance on real estate matters, tax delinquency and probate estate resolution — helping property owners navigate housing distress with clarity, advocacy and access to trusted resources.

As a non-profit referral organization, our Housing Advocacy, Assistance & Homeownership Referral Network provides structured support across three specialized divisions. We offer direct financial assistance to qualified applicants and connect others with trusted partner resources.
Our Three Divisions
• Temporary Housing Assistance — Support for tenants and homeowners facing eviction or foreclosure risk, including structured payment advocacy and relocation assistance.
• Taxpayer Help Alliance — Rights-focused guidance for property tax delinquency, tax sale concerns, and surplus fund questions.
• The Heir Advocate — Helping heirs navigate inherited property challenges, estate administration, and potential displacement risks with structured legal support.
