Housing Stabilization Programs

As a non-profit referral organization, we provide multiple pathways to housing stability.

Some applicants may qualify for direct financial assistance programs, while others may be connected with trusted partner organizations that provide housing support, legal guidance and financial resources.

Our goal is to help you access the most appropriate support for your specific situation.

Past Due Stabilization Planning

Financial assistance programs may be available for tenants and homeowners who are behind on rent or mortgage payments. Our team helps explore available options and may work with landlords or lenders to support stabilization efforts

First Month & Deposit Program

For those relocating to new housing, assistance may be available to help cover first month's rent and security deposit costs, removing barriers to securing safe housing.

Emergency Displacement Program

Immediate relocation assistance may be available for individuals or families facing urgent displacement due to eviction proceedings, unsafe housing conditions or other emergencies.

Cash for Keys Support Guidance

For tenants or homeowners working with property owners on voluntary relocation agreements, support programs may help facilitate smoother transitions while preserving housing stability.

Important Eligibility Requirement: To qualify for certain programs such as Past Due Stabilization Assistance or Cash-for-Keys support, applicants must be three or more payments behind on rent or mortgage obligations. This requirement helps ensure resources are directed to individuals experiencing the most urgent housing challenges.

Relocation Support That Helps Cover Moving Costs

Relocation expenses can make it difficult to secure new housing quickly. Our assistance programs help reduce those barriers.

First Month's Rent Covered

Qualified applicants may receive financial assistance to cover the first month's rent when transitioning to new housing.

Security Deposit Assistance

Security deposits can equal an entire month of rent or more. Assistance programs may help cover these costs so families can access safe housing without large upfront expenses.

Additional Moving Expenses

Relocation assistance may also include support for moving trucks, utility setup fees and other essential relocation expenses.

These financial assistance programs are intended to help families transition to stable housing and do not require repayment for qualified applicants.
