For qualified applicants, THA provides direct financial assistance reviewed within 48 hours. Funds can be used across a range of housing needs — from relocation to down payment assistance. For others, we connect you with trusted partner resources.

Relocation Assistance

Cover moving costs, truck rental, storage and other expenses associated with relocating to a new home after foreclosure, eviction or displacement.

Deposit, Rent & Legal Fees

Pay for new landlord security deposits, first month's rent or legal consultation fees to secure your next residence and protect your rights.

Down Payment & Property Transition

Use funds toward a down payment for lease-to-purchase opportunities, or to support a smooth property transition — including estate-related dispositions.
